Fay Sumner

Fay Sumner is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Head of People at Capital on Tap since January 2019, where a tech-first SMB credit card and payments platform has supported over 200,000 SMBs in the US and UK. Previously, Fay held multiple roles at UKFast from August 2015 to January 2019, including Head of Talent and Lead Talent Partner, during a period of significant growth as the company expanded its presence from Manchester to London. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Executive position at Duuzra Software International and a Marketing Internship at The Masuri Group. Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham and has furthered education in France and Spain.
