Kat Perron

Kat Perron has a diverse work experience. Kat started their career in 2013 as an intern in the Office of the Premier for the Government of Alberta. During this time, they assisted with scheduling and public relations tasks. In 2014, they joined ATB Financial as a Human Resources and Post-Secondary Relations Consultant, where they supported the development and marketing of an internship program. From 2016 to 2017, Kat worked as a Social Media Executive for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, managing social media content strategy and contributing to multimedia and editorial teams. Most recently, they worked at Capital Power as a Media Relations & Communications Manager, starting in December 2018.

Kat Perron received a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta in 2015. Kat further pursued a Certification of Global Leadership from the University of Alberta, completing it in 2017.
