Ryan Callanan

Ryan Callanan has an extensive background in talent acquisition and psychometrics, currently serving as a Specialist in Talent for both Business and Retail Banking at Capitec Bank since July 2015. Prior experience includes an internship as a Psychometrist at Psymetric from January 2015 to July 2015. Ryan's educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Management from the University of South Africa (2019-2020), a Registered Psychometrist certification from the Health Professions Council of South Africa (2015), a Bpsych in Psychometrics, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stellenbosch University (2014-2015). Ryan is currently pursuing the Management Level in Management Accounting with CIMA, expected to complete in December 2024. Education began at Paarl Boys' High School, completed in 2007.
