Søren Kyd

Søren Kyd is an experienced product leader with a strong background in developing SaaS solutions, particularly for the public sector and educational applications. Serving as Chief Product Officer at Capturi since February 2020, Søren is focused on transforming customer service through AI innovation. Prior experience includes leading product development at FirstAgenda, where Søren's efforts contributed to a successful acquisition by Visma in 2019, and serving as a Senior Consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting, which involved creating SaaS products for the public sector. Søren's career began in project management and development consulting at Gentofte Kommune, complemented by foundational experience as a student worker at Aarhus University. Søren holds a Master of Arts in Educational Anthropology from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Arts from VIA University College.
