Gwendolyn Steele has extensive experience in customer service and office support, currently working at The Cara Program since 2013, a Chicago-based non-profit dedicated to advancing career wellness through education and training for the local community. Prior to this role, Gwendolyn spent nearly a decade at United Airlines from 1999 to 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included processing online and phone requests to assist travelers with reservations, luggage, and travel vouchers. Gwendolyn is currently pursuing education at Triton College, with studies ongoing since 2009.
