Hang Barry McIpd

Hang Barry MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Cardiff Airport since March 2023. Previously, Hang held various roles at Welsh National Opera from November 2016 to September 2022, including Human Resources Project Consultant and People Operations Manager, where responsibilities included providing effective HR services and guidance in compliance with employment legislation.
