Jerry McWilliams

Jerry McWilliams is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and system management. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South since November 2016, Jerry has built a solid foundation in IT roles, starting from Technical Support at Fulton County Schools. Previous positions include PC Technician II at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center and Wireless Tech Support at Sprint, where responsibilities encompassed managing business wireless services and customer contracts. Additional experience includes serving as Internet Supervisor at Comcast Cable, where Jerry provided technical support for VOIP, internet, and cable products, and trained technicians on installation tools. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
