Iveanyi Guerrero

Iveanyi Guerrero has extensive experience in healthcare coordination and support services, currently serving as a Referral Coordinator and Managed Care/Pre-Authorization Specialist at Care For the Homeless since December 2018. Previous roles include Referral Specialist/Biller at Care Point Health Hoboken University Medical Center from January 2014 to January 2018, and Program Assistant/Case Manager, where responsibilities included patient evaluation and discharge planning in collaboration with the Ryan White Program. Additionally, Iveanyi worked as a Bilingual Youth Care Worker at Kids Peace, providing supervision and support to emotionally disturbed youth.
