Diego Cubas - Executive Search - Board Search

Diego Cubas has extensive work experience in executive search and board search. Diego currently holds the position of Global Board Chairman Latin America at Cornerstone International Group, a global talent consultancy group. In this role, they focus on marketing and sales to increase the organization's market share and brand exposure. Diego has been a member of the Global Board of Directors since 2019.

Diego also has leadership experience as the CEO and Managing Partner of Cornerstone Peru and Ecuador. Diego is responsible for leading the firm in both countries, managing a team of senior consultants, and conducting search and selection processes for CEO, HR, and commercial positions for various clients.

In addition, Diego has held positions as the President of Cornerstone Miami, President of Cornerstone Ecuador, and Partner | Director of Cornerstone Panamá and Mexico. These roles involve business development and leading search and selection processes for top management positions.

Diego Cubas has a diverse educational background in the field of business administration and leadership. In 2022, they attended Harvard University, where they completed a program in Theory and Tools of the Harvard Negotiation Project and Corporate Leadership. Additionally, in the same year, they also enrolled in the Global Board of Directors Program at IESE Business School.

In 2019, Diego pursued further specialization in directorship by completing the PED: Programa de Especialización para Directorios at the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura. This program focused on directorship in various settings.

Diego has also obtained education in international business and management. In 2017, they completed the International Business Program at IESE Business School, with a focus on thinking globally and management in a changing world. Furthermore, during the same year, they participated in the Programa Alta Dirección 2017 at the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, where they gained knowledge in general business administration and management.
