Parmanand Hemlall

Parmanand Hemlall is an experienced professional in the field of social services and social work, currently serving as the Director of Social Services and Abuse Prevention at CareRite Centers since March 2023. Prior to this role, Hemlall worked as the Executive Director of Social Work and Concierge at The Plaza Rehabilitation & Nursing Center from January 2022 to March 2023, and coordinated PhD workshops at Wurzweiler School of Social Work from October 2021 to March 2023. Hemlall's experience also includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Urban Pathways and as a Site Monitor Supervisor at LaGuardia Community College.
