Jonathan Irwin

Jonathan Irwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan is currently working at Carina as the Manager of Technical Solutions, where they serve as a technical lead on cross-functional issues in an Agile team. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Software Engineer at Carina, where they played a key role in building a home care matching platform and helped expand the project to serve thousands of people across various national projects.

Before joining Carina, Jonathan founded Schwa Services in 2016. Additionally, they have experience working at Community Health Plan, where they held roles as a Community Outreach Specialist, Marketing and Department Coordinator, Provider Operations. In their marketing role, they implemented lead generation and outreach programs and built relationships with new non-governmental organizations to expand the organization's reach. As a Department Coordinator, Jonathan provided administrative support, trained staff, and spearheaded collaborative projects.

Jonathan Irwin completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, double majoring in Psychology and English, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008. In 2015 to 2016, they attended General Assembly for a Web Development Immersive program. Additionally, Jonathan obtained a Disability Insurance Producer License from the Office of the Insurance Commissioner in September 2013 and a Substitute Teaching Certificate from the State of Illinois in February 2009.
