Kate Wolin

Kate Wolin has a diverse background in the fields of digital health, entrepreneurship, and behavioral science. Kate is currently the Principal Owner of Circea, where they provide expertise on behavioral science and behavior change in digital health product strategy and execution. Kate also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is a Chief Science Officer at CaringBridge on a fractional basis. Kate has held various roles in venture capital firms, including as a Senior Advisor at PACE Healthcare Capital and a Partner at PACE Healthcare Capital. Kate has also served as a Board Member at Vincere Health. Prior to their venture capital work, Kate was the Vice President and Head of Product at Optum, where they led the direct-to-consumer product division. Kate has co-founded Coeus Health and served as the Chief Science Officer at Interactive Health, Inc. Kate has also held positions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Springboard Enterprises. Kate is a respected expert in the field, frequently speaking on the science of personalization in health behavior change and mentoring in various healthcare and entrepreneurship programs.

Kate Wolin received their BA in Anthropology from Tufts University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999. Kate then pursued further education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, obtaining a ScD degree in Epidemiology, Health Psychology, and Biostatistics, graduating in 2005. In 2013, they briefly attended the Starter League to study web development.
