Matthew DiBari is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Carmel Country Club Inc since September 2022, Matthew has previously held similar roles at Lakeside Country Club and Doris Metropolitan Restaurant. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Esports Arena Las Vegas and Sous Chef at ThinkFoodGroup. Matthew's culinary journey began at China Grill Management, where an Executive Sous Chef role was held for a decade. Matthew is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, where an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was earned, and also attended California State University, Northridge.
