Paul Jarvis

Paul Jarvis has served as the Vice President of Global Casino Operations at Carnival Corporation since 2007, after starting as a Director and Manager in 1998. Jarvis's promotion resulted from demonstrated performance and excellence in technology integration across multiple brands, including AIDA and Carnival. As the first external leadership hire within Carnival's casino function, Jarvis established an Analytics team to optimize performance and asset management. Prior to Carnival, Jarvis held various roles at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from 1994 to 1997, focusing on casino operations, accounting, and financial management, while successfully transitioning casino management from third-party to in-house staffing.
