Tomeka Morgan

Tomeka Morgan, MBA, M.S., VCA, currently serves as Deputy County Administrator - Finance and Director of Finance for the Caroline County Virginia Government, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Tomeka was the Director of Budget & Finance for the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission and held various positions at the City of Colonial Heights, including Deputy Director of Finance and Interim Director of Finance, where responsibilities included supervising finance staff, managing cash flows, and assisting in budget preparation. Earlier experience includes roles at Prince George Electric Cooperative and Capital One, focusing on accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. Tomeka holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and two advanced degrees from Strayer University, an MBA in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting.
