Richard Landtiser

Richard Landtiser has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Richard started their career at Clariant, where they worked as a Scientist, developing silicon compounds and polymers. Richard then moved on to roles as a New Business Development Manager and Global Marketing Manager, where they successfully executed product launches and increased revenue.

At Cytec, Richard held positions as a Global Marketing Manager and Manager of the Applications Technology Group. Richard established revenue growth through market penetration, product development, and partnerships. Richard also built and managed a successful team in the acquisition of agreements for the sale of phosphorus technologies.

Richard joined CCP Composites as the Director of New Product Development, where they increased new product sales and managed a team of technicians and scientists.

Richard later joined HA International, LLC as the Vice President and Technical Director, overseeing the commercialization of resin systems for the foundry industry.

Richard then joined Melior Innovations, Inc as the Vice President of Product Development, where they played a key role in building business structures and leading spin-offs generating significant value. Richard also led technical roadmapping, idea generation, and commercialization efforts across various departments.

Most recently, Richard joined PicOnyx, Inc. - A Melior Innovations Company, as the Vice President of Technology. In this role, they created a commercial flow chemistry technology platform, achieved cost efficiencies through optimizing manufacturing capabilities, and negotiated with the EPA for testing requirements.
