Roman Gavrilov has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Roman started their career as a Design Engineer at Vector-Telecom, where they worked for a few months. Roman then moved on to be a Senior Field Engineer at Telephone Technological Company "Vostok, LLC", where they deployed corporate wired-phone networks and designed DECT networks.
In 2003, Roman joined MTS (OJSC "Mobile TeleSystems") as the Head of Network O&M Team. Roman was responsible for supporting a large 2G/3G network and handling various tasks such as health checks, troubleshooting, and equipment support.
Roman later joined Ericsson as an Integration Engineer.
