Emily Callaway

Emily Callaway is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Cast & Crew since January 2023, following the acquisition of Backstage. With a strong background in recruiting, Emily has significantly contributed to scaling Backstage from 70 to 200 employees across multiple countries as Director of Recruiting. Emily has built and managed recruiting functions, oversaw ATS migrations, and collaborated with executive leadership to implement effective talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes founding Your Search Guru and serving as Director of Project Management and Recruitment at Strategic Executives Agency, where expertise in customized search strategies and client relationship management was demonstrated. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from New York University and is further educated at Emory University.
