Mathieu de Alzua

Mathieu de Alzua is currently an Alternant ingénieur Production at Castel Frères, focusing on process improvements since September 2021. Prior experience includes a year at DELTA MECA as an Étudiant en alternance, concentrating on quality control and the 5S methodology, and a brief volunteer role at Agence régionale de Santé Pays de la Loire during the COVID-19 crisis, where Mathieu participated in the production of protective gowns for healthcare workers. Additional experience includes a stage at Sygmatel involved in inventory management for a relocation, seasonal agricultural work on a family farm, and serving as an aide monitor at Base Nautique de l'Ouest. Mathieu's education includes a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management from ECAM LaSalle and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from Nantes Université.
