Timothy Salmon has extensive experience in the field of video production and editing. Timothy has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President at CatFace, where they currently serve. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Video Producer at CatFace, where they were responsible for producing and co-writing popular shorts on YouTube. Timothy also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at The Art Institute of Las Vegas, where they taught classes on scriptwriting, advanced graphics, and editing. Timothy has also worked as a Motion Graphics Manager at Boyd Gaming, where they managed a team and oversaw video production for various platforms. Additionally, Timothy has worked as a Producer at Salmon Run Productions, where they managed post-production for multiple shows and produced their own short film. Timothy has also worked as a freelancer, taking on various projects such as camera operation for a health documentary and shooting and editing videos for Top Rank Boxing. Timothy is also the author of "The Beginning Filmmakers Survival Guide: Production Book."
Timothy Salmon earned a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Motion Picture & Television Production from the Academy of Art University from 2012 to 2017. Timothy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production from The Art Institutes between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including leadership development and various courses in business, design thinking, and statistics.
