Beth Lovell is currently the Sr. Manager of Partner Services at Catalate, but they have many years of experience in customer service and management. Beth started their career at Vail Resorts in 2010 as a Lift Ticket & Season Pass Office Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw the daily operation and staff activities of a high volume office, resolved difficult guest issues, and trained new and existing employees on standard operating procedures, product and service offerings, and multiple computer programs. Beth also maintained supply inventory and vault log, ordering necessary items and change to be successful. In 2014, Beth left Vail Resorts to join Liftopia, Inc. as their Partner Services Technical Manager. In this role, Beth was part of an Internationalization task force that brought Liftopia's Cloud Store to Europe and expanded adoption of the Liftopia platform into the new vertical of Parks & Attractions. Beth also worked closely with the Dev team to set up and maintain integrations with partner POS systems. As Salesforce Administrator, Beth maintained the hygiene of 4000 Accounts + Opportunities. Beth also hired, trained and managed the Winter Seasonal Partner Services Representatives. Beth's experience in customer service and management make their an excellent Sr. Manager of Partner Services at Catalate.
Beth Lovell has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College and has studied abroad at the University of Otago.
They are on a team with Nicole Gambino - Accounting Manager, Krystal Praast - People Operations Manager, and Kathryn Quinn - VP of Business Operations. Beth Lovell reports to Matt Cohen, CFO/COO. Norris Johnson - Catalate Support Manager, Caroline Fallu - Sr. Partner Services Specialist, and Kevin Zequeira - PS Specialist report to Beth Lovell.
