Richard Fondo

Richard Fondo, Jr. possesses extensive experience in client success and relationship management within the fields of government relations and FinTech. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager for CATALIS (formerly nCourt) since August 2017, Richard has previously worked in various roles including Client Relationship Manager at ProntoTrak, and SSCM Protect and Placement Specialist at the Georgia Department of Human Services. Richard has a comprehensive background in electronic monitoring support services, risk assessment, and child protection investigations. Richard's earlier positions include roles such as Director of Account Management at SecureAlert and regional account management at multiple offender monitoring companies, all contributing to significant account growth and policy consulting in criminal justice matters. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Master's in Criminal Justice, Richard also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and History from Saint Leo University. Richard's career began with the US Navy, establishing a foundation in management and technical expertise.
