Micaela Martinez

Micaela Martinez is an experienced project manager with a strong background in clinical research. Currently serving as Project Manager and formerly as Associate Project Manager at Catalyst Clinical Research since December 2021, Micaela has significant expertise in managing clinical research professionals and fostering educational development in the field. Prior experience at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, includes roles such as Senior Manager for the Leukemia and Benign Hematology Site Disease Group, where Micaela managed a team of ten and developed best practices in clinical research. Micaela has also held interim management positions within various site disease groups, overseeing clinical research teams and mentoring colleagues on Good Clinical Practice principles. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine, Micaela's career began at UC Irvine as a Clinical Research Coordinator and progressed through various roles, enhancing expertise in clinical trials and research support.
