Job description

The product manager is responsible for a product or product line's strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends. Translate these requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and iteration. Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the product meets quality standards.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Analyze data, gather insights, and iterate on the product strategy based on feedback and results.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Use insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the product. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3+ years working with Technology Product development and delivery
  • Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
  • Experience in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience working within iGaming and online Sports industry.
  • Excellent Communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions
  • Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills.
  • Comfortable in speaking to any level of seniority, tailoring your message as appropriate
  • Familiarity with principles of design and UX
  • Understanding and experience of product prototyping process
  • Technical comfort and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies
