As Senior Product Manager, GenAI, you will have an incredible opportunity to help build and deliver the vision to support solutions for thousands of employees and millions of customers nationwide. You will work closely with the product management and engineering teams to own the product roadmap in collaboration with strategy, engineering, and design.
We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with leveraging the latest and greatest GenAI tools to improve Loblaws for employees and customers. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated success in ownership, delivering large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders, and thinking big. As Senior Product Manager, you will need to exhibit an ability to
work in a fast-paced, analytical, and experimentation-driven environment to drive scale. The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with a product management skill set, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial attitude.
What you’ll do:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, leveraging a deep understanding of GenAI capabilities and how they can drive impact for employees and customers, aligned to our GenAI strategy
- Support the ongoing build and launch of solutions, elevating our capabilities, reducing our time-to-market, and empowering our teams to build the right products
- Own the backlog including daily prioritization, grooming, writing user stories and generally keeping the development team unblocked and running as fast as possible
- Help define goals and KPIs to measure success of the roadmap. Report on metrics that ladder up to overall quarterly & yearly goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the Loblaws organization, including business teams, product, operations, technology, design, marketing, research, and customer service, to ensure that we build lean and scalable features with clear intent and at high velocity
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis when making key product decisions
- Participate in collecting feedback and tracking impact from users and translating these finding into product features

What you'll need:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Solid understanding of agile
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
