Beth Kroutch

Beth Kroutch has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Director of Human Resources at Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of DC Operations at Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Vice President of Regional Operations and General Manager at Lineage Logistics, and held various roles at SUPERVALU, including Area Sales Director, Distribution Center General Manager, and VP of Human Resources.

Beth Kroutch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State University from 1983 to 1987. Beth then pursued their Master's in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College, completing it between 2002 and 2007.
