Theresa Flannery

Theresa Flannery has extensive work experience in various organizations. Theresa began their career as an Employment Services Specialist at the TX Department of Human Services from November 1992 to December 1994. Theresa then worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the MO Department of Mental Health from January 1997 to June 1999. Following that, they joined the Dale Rogers Training Center as a Community Resource & Compliance Director from September 1999 to January 2020. During this period, they also served as a Board Member at the Oklahoma Rehabilitation Council from October 2017 to January 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Social Services at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, starting in January 2020.

Theresa Flannery earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University between 1986 and 1992. Theresa also obtained additional certifications, including one as a surveyor for CARF International in 2011 and another as a Basic Facilitator for True Colors from True Colors International in 2008.
