Raj Bharathi

Raj Bharathi has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2023, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CavinKare. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Standard Chartered Bank. Raj also had a previous stint at CavinKare from 2019 to 2021, where they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition. Before joining CavinKare, Raj worked at Syntel as an Assistant Manager Recruitment from 2015 to 2019. Raj also has experience in business development, having worked as the Manager - Business Development at eFortuna Technologies Inc/Netcom Group from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Raj has worked as a Consultant at Avion Systems Inc from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on marketing bench consultants and successfully placing them in client projects. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead at Mascon Global LTD, where they handled temporary/contract and permanent recruitments in the IT sector. Raj started their career as a Recruitment Lead at LanceSoft Inc from 2004 to 2005.

Raj Bharathi completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from Madras Jobs, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women, studying there from 1999 to 2002.
