Jim Stromski is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering, technical writing, and user support. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Cayuga Centers since July 2016, Jim previously held the position of Technical Writer at Optanix from August 2009 to June 2016, where responsibilities included documenting technical engineering processes and creating customer-focused materials.
