Melissa Gall

Melissa Gall has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Melissa started their career at Avon Canada where they worked as a Customer Motivation Manager, creating and implementing consumer promotions and merchandising campaigns. Melissa then joined MBS - MediaCom as a Manager of Merchandising and Promotions, building a new division that offered integrated marketing services to clients. At Tupperware, Melissa worked as a Senior Manager in both Marketing and Merchandising roles, leading national teams and developing and implementing marketing and communications plans. Melissa also worked as a Feature Writer for London Magazine and as the Head of Marketing for SFS, a charity where they developed a new marketing communications function and implemented a rebranding strategy. Melissa also gained experience in the nonprofit sector as the Head of Marketing for the London Dog Rescue Center and as the Marketing Manager for YMCA. Most recently, they worked at C&C - Where inspiration lives as the Head of Marketing and Communications, and prior to that, as the Marketing and Communications Manager at C&C.

Melissa Gall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Major Marketing with a Minor in Finance from Concordia University from 1984 to 1987.
