John Piraino

John Piraino has a long history of working in the software industry. John began their career in 1970 as CEO and founder of PASS Corporation, where they designed, coded, debugged, tested, trained, and sold fully integrated supply chain software. In 1976, they released a COTS package that doubled sales on a yearly basis until the company was sold. John then moved to Mahindra Satyam in 1998 as Sales and Marketing Director. In 2006, they took on the role of Applications Director at Atlas Development Corporation, where they sold, designed, and implemented a large CDC-funded healthcare management network for L.A. County, the first of its kind. Finally, in 2011, they became CEO of CDS Software.

John Piraino received a BA in physics and chemistry from Oberlin College and then completed a degree in physical chemistry (quantum physics) with honors from UCI Medical School, where they also received an NIH grant.
