Babak Larian MD FACS is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as the Medical Director of the Otolaryngology Residency Program at Cedars-Sinai since January 2012. Larian was also the Chief of Head & Neck Surgery and a founding member of the Cedars-Sinai Head & Neck Cancer Center of Excellence from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Larian holds the position of Medical Director at the CENTER for Advanced Parathyroid Surgery and serves as the Director of the CENTER for Advanced Head & Neck Surgery, which specializes in various surgical treatments related to thyroid, parathyroid, and head and neck conditions. Larian has been a Managing Partner at LaPeer Surgery Center from February 2007 until September 2024.
