Kim Davis

Kim is CEI Engineering’s Corporate Human Resources Department Manager, based in the Bentonville office and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function at CEI. She leads a team responsible for benefits, on-boarding, compliance, performance management, and recruiting. Partnering with their senior management, Kim develops strategic initiatives centered around corporate culture, employee engagement, and developing and retaining CEI’s talent. Kim has been with CEI for 15 years, helping to shape their culture and grow their staff to be the best in the industry.
