Adam Santosuosso serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Global Procurement and the Acetyl Chain at Celanese, a role held since 2010, overseeing all contract negotiations for the company’s $3 billion global specialty materials and consumer specialties segments. Santosuosso has progressed through various legal positions within Celanese, including Chief Legal Counsel and Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, compliance matters, and managing litigation. Prior to joining Celanese, Adam practiced corporate and securities law at Andrews Kurth LLP, representing a diverse range of companies. Adam holds a BS in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington and Lee University and a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law.
