Guido Tenspolde

Guido Tenspolde has over three decades of work experience in various technical service and engineering roles. Guido most recently worked at CellSolutions as a Technical Service Manager for the DACH region, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they were open for a new career opportunity from June 2020 to October 2020.

From 2016 to 2020, Guido worked at T2 Biosystems as a Technical Service Engineer for EMEA. Their responsibilities included building and managing the T2 Field Service and Field Application Structure. Guido was also in charge of distributor and warehouse duties, instrument installation, maintenance, technical support, and software upgrades.

In 2016, Guido took a voluntary sabbatical to focus on family and social projects. Before that, they briefly worked at Roche as a Technical Expert for EMEA. Guido joined Hologic, Inc. in 2006 as a Field Service Engineer and was later promoted to Field Service Specialist and Senior Field Service Engineer. In this role, they provided technical training, support, and testing for Hologic products in the EMEA region.

Guido's earlier work experience includes positions at EPA Elektronik GmbH, where they served as an Elektromeister, Werkstattleiter, and Ausbilder IHK from 1992 to 2006. Guido also worked at SAUERESSIG GmbH + Co. KG as an Energieanlagenelektroniker from 1985 to 1992.

Guido Tenspolde has received training in various fields throughout their education history. In 1988, they completed their education as an Elektroanlageninstallateur at SAUERESSIG GmbH + Co. KG - a part of Matthews Brand Solutions. In 1990, they furthered their education by becoming an Energieanlagenelektroniker at the same organization. In 1996, Guido attended IHK Essen where they obtained the degree of Industriemeister Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Ausbilder IHK. Later, they completed a NLP Practitioner program at fresh-academy in 2015. Additionally, they have acquired skills as an Elektromeister, Ausbilder IHK, Trainer, and NLP Practitioner.
