Cassandra Pavelski

Cassandra Driessen Pavelski serves as the Legal Director at ExcelênciaSC since March 2020, providing pro bono legal support to the Movimento Catarinense pela Excelência, which aims to promote the Model of Excellence in Management. Cassandra has been with Irani S.A. since May 2007, holding various legal positions, including Legal and Compliance Manager. Additionally, Cassandra has engaged in leadership roles within the Comissão de Advocacia Corporativa, first as Secretary and currently as Vice President, focused on enhancing business competitiveness in Santa Catarina. Past experience includes serving on the Advisory Board of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - Subseção de Joaçaba and teaching Applied Law at the Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina. Cassandra’s legal career began as a Legal Assistant at J.B. World Entretenimentos S/A and continued through roles at other law firms. Cassandra’s educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Corporate Governance, Legal Management, and various legal specialties from esteemed institutions.
