Alan Bernstein

Alan Bernstein, MD, MPH has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Alan served as Senior Medical Director at CenCal Health, where they were responsible for medical management, quality improvement, and population health activities. Alan Bernstein, MD, MPH, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with High Distinction in Biology, General from the University of Rochester in 1973. Alan then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the New York Medicine Jobs from 1973 to 1977. Following this, they completed a Pediatrics Residency Program at Babies Hospital-Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center (Columbia University) from 1977 to 1980. In 1980, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Maternal and Child Health. Additionally, they obtained Board Certification in Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics, although no specific date was provided.
