Donald Joseph

Donald Joseph has over a decade of experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Their most recent role was as Senior Director of DEI Planning at Cencora, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Novartis from October 2020 to January 2023, and as a Global Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at Leidos from November 2019 to October 2020. Donald also held positions at C.H. Robinson, the City of Minneapolis, Target, Partners International, United Nations, Bloomberg, and Citigroup. Donald's diverse experience includes roles such as Senior Program Manager, Director, Senior Business Partner, and Recruitment Business Process Consultant.

Donald Joseph received their Masters of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management - Organizational Development from New York University, from the years 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Pace University, from 2000 to 2002. In addition, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in the year 2013.
