Ken Hardy

Ken Hardy has extensive work experience in supply chain operations and distribution services. Ken is currently the Senior Vice President of U.S. Supply Chain Operations at Cencora, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Distribution Services at Cencora from March 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Cencora, Ken was the Senior Vice President of Human Health Distribution at Cencora from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before their time at Cencora, Ken worked at McLane Company, Inc. as the Division President from September 2017 to February 2021. Ken also held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at McLane from September 2016 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Ken held various roles at Target, including Senior Distribution Director from July 2015 to July 2016, Regional Director from May 2013 to July 2015, RDC General Manager from January 2012 to June 2013, Import / Target.Com General Manager from December 2010 to January 2012, Group Manager - Engineering and Facilities Operations from June 2009 to December 2010, and Senior Operations Manager from May 2006 to June 2009.

Ken's career began at Walmart in a role focusing on operations management from March 1998 to May 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a District Manager at Speedway LLC from March 1996 to September 1998.

Ken Hardy earned their B.S. in Business from Cornerstone University from 2001 to 2003. Ken later obtained their MSM in Business from the same university between 2003 and 2005.
