Dan Hegger

Dan Hegger has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Dan started their career in 2007 as an HR Business Partner at Solae, LLC, where they managed employee relations, talent acquisition, and general HR duties. Dan then joined DuPont in 2012 as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for sales, marketing, and applications in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. In 2013, they transitioned to Monsanto Company as an HR Lead before moving to Centene Corporation in 2017. At Centene Corporation, they have held several vice president roles, including HR for business operations and IT, compensation, and currently, the Central Region Markets. Additionally, in 2015, they established their own business, InMotion STL Photography, where they serve as the owner. Throughout their career, Dan has gained expertise in various HR areas, including talent management, labor relations, and employee development.

Dan Hegger attended Webster University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management. In addition, they received a certification in Leading with Data and Analytics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in December 2020.
