Peggy Grauwiler is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Trinity Counseling Service since July 2021. Previously, Peggy held the position of Executive Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County, NJ, from January 2020 to April 2021, and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Family Guidance Center from May 2017 to May 2019, overseeing a multi-service organization focused on behavioral health, homelessness prevention, and education for children and youth with disabilities. Prior roles include Executive Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates in New York, where Peggy managed advocacy for abused and neglected children, and Director of Center Projects at NYU's Center on Violence and Recovery, contributing to research and education on violence and trauma. Peggy holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from NYU and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History and Psychology from Hunter College.
