Nikki R.

Nikki R. has extensive experience in educational leadership and community outreach. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Community Schools Strategy at the Center for Supportive Schools since July 2017, Nikki previously held positions including Senior Community Schools Director and Community School Director at New Heights Middle School. Additionally, Nikki has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Hunter College since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles at HEAF, Inc. from August 2014 to July 2017 as Associate Director of Admissions and Community Outreach and Manager of Admissions and Community Outreach, as well as positions at Everybody Wins! NY from September 2012 to July 2014, focusing on volunteer engagement. Nikki holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and Education & Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Women & Gender Studies from Bates College, along with completed studies in Comparative European Women & Gender Studies at Antioch University.
