Annelese Jones

Annelese Jones is an experienced program manager and founder with a strong background in workforce advocacy and social justice. Currently serving as Program Manager at Central Health since November 2024 and as Founder of Collective Compass Consulting since March 2024, Annelese previously held the position of Senior Director of Social Justice and Human Development at Creative Action. Demonstrated expertise includes developing and implementing community-based programs, establishing equity-focused initiatives, and managing diverse training programs. Annelese's past roles include Program Director at Amala Foundation, Intensive Case Manager at Integral Care-Austin, and Transition Director at Fulshear Treatment to Transition, showcasing a commitment to mental health, community support, and inclusive practices.
