Dawn Spragg has extensive experience in therapeutic support services and community engagement. As the Director of Therapeutic Support Services at the Teen Action and Support Center since 2005, Dawn has assessed families in crisis, conducted individual and group counseling, and supervised interns while maintaining essential community relationships. In the role of Executive Director and Co-Founder, Dawn successfully managed program development, fundraising initiatives that increased the budget by $200,000 annually, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Dawn serves as the Pastor of Contemporary Worship at Central United Methodist Church since 2009. Academically, Dawn holds a Master's in Counseling from John Brown University and a Bachelor's in Psychology, along with a certification as a Mediator in the Juvenile Division from the Arkansas Department of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
