Paul Behlmer

Paul Behlmer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul is currently serving as the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Centrisys/CNP since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Star Automation for almost 9 years as a Project Engineer, where they designed and supported implementation of secondary automation systems in the plastics injection molding industry. Paul has experience collaborating with customers, purchasing, production, support staff, and fellow engineers. Before that, they worked as a McDonald's Swing Manager at Kilian Management Services for 6 years, where they were responsible for running shifts smoothly and resolving problems efficiently. Paul also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Wisconsin - Madison Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2010, focusing on adaptive optics research and operating various optical devices.

Paul Behlmer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2006 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2017 to 2020.
