Chetana Harika Oruganti

Chetana Harika Oruganti is the Founder and CEO of BRIX COSMOS, a Training & Development institute that also features a counselling centre, with experience since January 2015. Currently serving as a Consultant Psychologist at Centurion University of Technology and Management since November 2021, Chetana has previously held the position of Senior Verbal Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer at GITAM Deemed University from August 2020 to February 2022. From February 2019 to January 2020, Chetana was the Hub Operations Manager at Aham Pvt Ltd, overseeing operations across four hubs and managing tutor recruitment. Additionally, Chetana worked as a Psychologist at Anil Neerukonda Institute Of Technology & Sciences from January 2017 to January 2019, providing counselling and conducting Faculty Development programs. Chetana is currently a Research Scholar in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at GITAM Deemed University and holds an MA in Applied Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
