Karlene Rambaran

Karlene Rambaran is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Century 21 Department Stores since 2012, Karlene manages HR functions for 200 employees across two locations and leads a team responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment and employee relations. Prior experience includes serving as District HR Manager at The Home Depot (2006-2012), overseeing HR operations for 6 stores with a total workforce of 2,000, and as HR Manager at Eltman, Eltman & Cooper (1996-2006), where responsibilities included strategic leadership of HR functions. Karlene holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
