Luke Regan

Luke Regan is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal System Engineer at Ceres since March 2023. Previously, Luke held various significant roles at Northrop Grumman in the UK, including Systems Engineering Team Lead and Principal System Engineer from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes Principal System Engineer positions at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, and a cultural representative role as an Assistant Language Teacher under the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from July 2017 to August 2019. Luke has also contributed to Rolls-Royce for six years in roles ranging from Team Leader managing engineering analysis teams to Performance Engineer providing gas turbine performance expertise. Early career experiences include industrial placements at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, and Flight Data Services, alongside academic achievements with multiple degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cambridge and the University of the West of England.
