Paola Ríos

Paola Ríos currently serves as Responsable RSE at Ceta Capital Humano, focusing on the implementation of corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategies to promote equitable development across various societal spheres. In addition to this role, Paola is actively involved at the Universidad Católica de Salta as a member of the Centro de Graduados and as a representative of HR Graduates, facilitating communication and project management. Paola has also contributed as a docente in negotiation and conflict resolution strategies and led projects aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of indigenous families in Misión San Francisco. Previously, Paola has experience as a project manager with Sistema de Emergencias 911 and as an analyst at the Policía de la Provincia de Salta and the Dirección General de Recursos Humanos. Paola holds degrees in Human Resources and Administration from Universidad Católica de Salta and is pursuing two master's degrees in Environmental Management and Business Administration.
