Robert Coakley

Robert Coakley currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Global Payments Business at CGI since June 2019, where Robert leads payment programs. Previously, Robert held senior roles at Finastra, D+H, and Fundtech, including Senior Director of Solution Consulting and various executive positions focused on global presales and payments. With extensive experience in strategic technological planning, Robert has developed technology initiatives aligned with business goals and overseen software development lifecycle processes. Robert began their career as a Software Consultant at Early, Cloud and Company, providing services to enhance financial institution workflows. A graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University at Dartmouth with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robert has a strong foundation in aligning business strategy with technology.
